"Python/D" was a module and library by Deja Augustine to allow you to embed or extend Python using D.
Deja Augustine's port of the Python/C API headers to D is not longer available at 
http://www.scratch-ware.net/D/ (or http://www.scratch-ware.net/dfiles/). They're dead links. I've uploaded the most recent version I could find of "Python/D" at http://jcc_7.tripod.com/d/pythond/, but you're probably better off using David Rushby's Python integration project listed below. -- JustinCalvarese
