Describe the new page here.

The WikiPage is the fundamental unit of a wiki system (like pages are the fundamental elements of a book). The IndexFunction gives you a list of all pages in a wiki.
The term WikiPage is a bit ambiguous. Depending on the context it may mean:
# what the users see in their browsers, a page of a wiki system (which is technically a WebPage, although a special one, which is dynamically created)
# the fundamental data of the pages, what the authors have written: the name or title of the page, the text or content of the page (including commands and markups)
The difference becomes visible when one says "everyone can edit everything in a wiki page". Obviously then the second meaning applies, because the user can not change e. g. the layout, logo and user interface of what he sees according to (1).
