No Cookie Spam Limits

These are configurable limits in effect for completely anonymous users (no name, not even a cookie):

[[display][variable=NoCookieLabeledLinksChangeRangeAllowed]]

Spammers usually add one or more labelled links, so this range is important and strict.

You can refine this in your wiki much looser, for example by:

* NoCookieLabeledLinksChangeRangeAllowed=0;1
* NoCookieLinksChangeRangeAllowed=-1;2
* NoCookieSizeChangeRangeAllowed=-100;10000

if you have this under controll.
