The variable ContextPageName defines the LeafName used for configuration pages. Its value is typically either "Context " oder "" (empty). If ContextPageName is empty this means that the system of ContextPages is turned off.
Options:
* ContextPageName="Context" (suggested default)
* ContextPageName="" (ContextPage feature turned off)
Notes:
* the typical place for this option is in the WikiConfigFile
* the ContextPageName is not reconfigurable
