The upload form contains a subform to support the renaming of uploaded files.
There are restrictions:
* The rename must not in effect be a "move" (you can't change the directory a file is in)
* you can't change the file extension (except uppercase / lowercase conversions)
* you can't use special characters and whitespace in destination file names
