This directory usually contains:
* the user registration directory (./user directory)
* the notification directory (./noti directory)
* the slurp blocking directory (./slurp directory)
* the SisterSite information logs (./sister directory)
* the global InterWikiLinks file (./interweb.txt)
* all global dictionary files used for spell-checking (./dict_en.xw, ./dict_??.xw)
