UseSmallCorrection can be used to turn OFF the MinorEdits checkbox in the EditForm and therefore the whole MinorEdits feature.
Alternatives:
* UseSmallCorrection=1 (ON; the default)
* UseSmallCorrection=0 (OFF; no checkbox is displayed)
