Value Flag
A ValueFlag is a numeric ValueType that is used to turn features ON and OFF. The value 1 (one) means ON and the value 0 (zero) means OFF. In general the wiki system is rather tolerant. Any value unequal 0 will be interpreted as ON. The value 0 (zero) and the empty string ("") are interpreted as OFF.
