Description

This CmdlElement displays text in a textbox using a special layout.

Parameters for the textbox

  • distance: positions the table horizontally (default: centered); e.g. [distance=30]
  • width: specifies the width of the entire table and can be given as an absolute value (number of pixels) or as percentage of the browser window (if this parameter is omitted the table gets as much space as is required); e.g. [width=300] or [width=50%]
  • linewidth: specifies the width of the border around the table and its cells ; e.g. [linewidth=1]
  • linecolor: specifies the color of the border around the table and its cells ; e.g. [linecolor=#000000] (see also HtmlColorCodes, CdmlColorNames)
  • padding: sets the amount of space between the cellborder and its content; e.g. [padding=7]

Parameters for the body text

  • font: specifies the font for the body text (e.g. [font=Verdana,Arial@3bi#003366])
  • background: specifies the background color of the body (e.g. [background=#ffffcc] and [background=red]) (see also HtmlColorCodes, CdmlColorNames.)

Parameters for the - optional - title

  • title: specifies the title text (e.g. [title=San Francisco Bay])
  • titlefont: specifies the font for the title (e.g. [titlefont=Times@4b#black])
  • titlebackground: specifies the background color of the title (e.g. [titlebackground=gray])

Parameters for the - optional - footer

  • footer: specifies the footer text (e.g. [title=from: Encarta Online])
  • footerfont: specifies the font for the footer (e.g. [footerfont=Times@4i#darkgray])
  • footerbackground: specifies the background color of the footer (e.g. [footerbackground=yellow])
