Each registered User has an UploadDirectory wher he can hold files (pictures, documents, presentations, multimedia files, ...) and use them to distribute them and link to them from wiki pages.

The corresponding function "upload directory" becomes visible after Login at the bottom of the "Preferences" page in the AdditionalFunctionsBar.

There is an adjustable limit of the UploadDirectory. This limit is called UploadQuota. It can be changed by the Admin in the UserAdministration.
