Each folder is structured individually. No SubFolders of SubFolders are compiled. A folder can be show in an arbitrary number of parent folders.

SubFolder is an experimental feature to add structure to the FolderSystem.

A folder page may contain a list of folder names. If such a list exists, it is taken as the prototype for the folder structure and used to display the pages.
