The variable ContextPageName defines the LeafName used for configuration pages. Its value is typically either "Context" oder "" (empty). If ContextPageName is empty this means that the system of ContextPages is turned off.

Options:
* ContextPageName="Context" (suggested default)
* ContextPageName="" (ContextPage feature turned off)

Notes:
* the typical place for this option is in the WikiConfigFile
* the ContextPageName is not reconfigurable
