ActionAdmin leads into a series of user administration forms. The standard user interface shows this function only after Login at the bottom of page "Preferences".

Users are registered manually, get a UserStatus and an UploadQuota. This function needs Admin status.

Syntax:
* wiki.cgi?[[green]action=admin]
Example:
* ThisWiki:action=admin
