Typical assignments:

* NeedStatusEdit="" (none, the default, anyone may edit)
* NeedStatusEdit=User (a username is available in the "Preferences")
* NeedStatusEdit=Author (typical for wikis that assign explicit read / edit rights)
* NeedStatusEdit=Admin (the wiki is temporarily locked even for authors)

This variable defines the minimum requirements to be able to edit a page.
