The PageLevel measures the depth of a page in the PageHierarchy. PageLevel is an integer value, given by the number of slashes in the PageName.

Usage examples:

* The page "Option/LinkSuppressFilter/Context" has a PageLevel of 2.
* PageLevel = 0 is true for all TopPages.
* PageLevel(ChildPage) = PageLevel(ParentPage) + 1
