Describe the new page here.
The Page is the fundamental unit to create and store wiki content.

There are terms for special pages:
* SubPage -- has one or more slashes in its name (similar to a file in a subdirectory)
* ContextPage -- a page or subpage named "Context", holding configuration data and comments
* TopPage -- a page at the top level, not a SubPage

A page has the following direct properties:
* the title
* the text
* the optional summary, written by the author to comment his work
* the date of the the last change
* the author name or IP address of the last change
* the RevisionList in the PageArchive

The page also knows about:
* the effective ConfigurationOptions, inherited and combined, especially
* the TemplateFile used as a frame to present the page
* the UserRights that controll access to the page
